Refund & Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Because books are easily reproducible/readable content, returns are strictly limited. We accept returns within 5 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
The book received is physically damaged or torn.
The book has printing defects (e.g., missing pages, blurred illegible print).
The wrong book title or incorrect edition was shipped to you.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at zaveriprakashan@gmail.com or call +91 63541 22463 within 5 days of delivery.
Please provide your Order ID along with clear unboxing photos/videos showing the damage or mismatch.
Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to courier it back to our physical address in Ahmedabad.
Refunds
Once the returned book is received and verified by our warehouse team, a refund will be processed.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, Credit Card, UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order directly from your dashboard or by reaching out to support before the product has been dispatched. Once handed over to the courier partner, an order cannot be canceled.
